Serra de’ Cocci is a 120 square metres apartment located on the ground floor of the northern 1746 farmhouse. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of two double bedrooms and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
Very bright and spacious, the apartment is characterised by green-coloured rooms. It is finely furnished with an eye to modern comfort yet retaining a sense of the old charm highlighted by the antique furniture.
The living room and bedrooms feature remarkable exposed arches made into large windows.

Living room
The spacious living room has a sea view and direct access from the outside. It is furnished with a convertible sofa bed, two armchairs and a large extendable table which can fit up to 8 persons. A vented fireplace, with firewood provided, warms the room during the cold season.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with all appliances: cooktop, wall cupboards, exhaust fan, 4-zone glass-ceramic hob, vented oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, espresso pod machine and additional folding worktop.
Bedrooms
Both bedrooms, the master/king size room and the double room, are very spacious and featuring wide arched windows from where one can enjoy a lovely view over the hills and the vineyards. A large wardrobe is located in the loft. We took special care to guarantee the quality of the mattresses. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom.
Bathrooms
The en-suite bathroom includes a hot tub. The main bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower. Natural shampoos and soaps are included and a hairdryer is included.

The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.
We provide a weekly, free of charge change of sheets, bathroom and pool towels.
