Terms of Rental agreement
- Standard stay: from Saturday to Saturday
- Minimum stay: 3 nights, unless availability permits otherwise.
- Arrivals and departures
- Check-in time: from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on arrival day
- Check-out time: from 7:00 am to 10:00 am on departure day
Terms of payment
- Apartment prices in EURO
- Payment of the rental price: a non-refundable deposit equal to 30% of the total rental agreement amount shall be paid on booking. The balance must be paid not later than 20 days before arrival. No discounts are due to guests in case of delayed arrivals or early departures.
- Forms of payment: bank transfer or credit card
- Caution money:
- 200 € upon arrival
- Forms of payment: cash or credit card
- Return: within 7 days of check-out date, unless deductions shall be made in order to refund the Estate of any damage caused by guests, or to cover any extra fees deemed necessary upon verification of the accommodation’s condition.
Restrictions
- Pet: small size only (up to 10 Kg)
Additional information
- Keys collection: on spot upon arrival.
- Daily or weekly cleaning service: only upon request – 25€ per day.
- Final cleaning: included.
- Linen: bed, bathroom and kitchen linen included, with a weekly change free of charge.
Pool towels free of charge by the pool.
Sheets and towels extra change service upon request – 5€ per person.
