The vineyard that produces Beccaccia lies on gentle southward slope swept by sea breeze. The density is 5,500 vines/hectare trellissed to obtain a good canopy. Pruning reduces the annual growth to a few buds to obtain a good balance between the scarcity of water and the quantity of grapes produced.

Annual yield does not exceed 5 tons/hectare

The wine thus obtained presents a wealth of tannins and aroma. The high mineral content of the soil gives a particular complexity to the wine, with prevailing tones of red cherry and a balsamic note that makes for a good balance between tannic structure and high alcohol volume
